Wayne A. Grube Park, dedicated in memory of the late Councilman Wayne A. Grube, offers 50 acres of developed parkland, including three picnic pavilions, a sand volleyball court, a playgrounds, a tricycle track, softball field, restrooms, walking trails and a trailhead to the Nor-Bath Trail. Another 150 acres are currently in agricultural lands and leased to a local farmer.

A beautiful 100-acre park offers four pavilions that are available for rent, two playgrounds, three volleyball courts (two sand courts and one turf court), six tennis courts (three banks of two courts each), one softball field, one multipurpose field and a network of walking paths and trails, including trailside exercise stations and a cross-country ski/equestrian trail. The park is located along Country Club Road in both Bethlehem Township and Lower Nazareth Township.
Pavilion 2 has a 70-person capacity, electric outlets and attached restrooms. Pavilion 3 and 4 each have 50-person capacities and no electric outlets; both pavilions share restrooms, which are located between the two pavilions. Pavilion 5 has a 100-person capacity and electric outlets; it is located very near the largest restroom facility at the park, and it is the largest pavilion in the County Parks System.
Paid reservations are required for renting the tennis courts by groups of ten or more, for which a Pavilion/Facility Permit is issued.

Wy-Hit-Tuk Park does not serve as just a county park; it provides an activity node and access point to the 60-mile-long Delaware Canal State Park. The Delaware Canal Towpath, known as the D&L Trail, is popular for hiking and biking, for which Wy-Hit-Tuk Park serves as a trailhead. The pavilion and amphitheater are adaptive reuses of aggregate bins that remained from the previous owner.

Archibald Johnson Conservation Area is a wooded stream corridor along Monocacy Creek that serves as open space and a conservation buffer along the stream. An active rail line runs through the site. Archibald Johnston serves as an outdoor classroom for local school groups and is only open to the public by permit.

This land was donated to the County for use as a park or farmer education site and was formally accepted by County Council in September 2008. The property is comprised of two parcels separated by a UGI right-of-way on the north side, where a local trail (conceptual) is aligned. Currently the land is leased for farming, except for a one-acre community garden with 26 plots in the southeast corner of the property.

Fry's Run Park provides an access point to Delaware Canal State Park and the D&L Trail and features a small picnic area. The park features the historic M. Opp Bridge, a stone arch bridge over Fry's Run built in 1824, and a National Register of Historic Places Eligible site; it is likely the oldest bridge in Northampton County.

This land was acquired by the County in 2003 to be developed into a regional park. The property—made up of four parcels, two north and two south of Gall Road—has farmland (leased), woodlands and the Little Bushkill Creek, with steep slopes on the eastern side of the stream. Scenic views are available in almost all directions from the highest elevation on the largest parcel. The Plainfield Township Recreation Trail runs through the western part of the property. An agricultural easement is on the northeast side and an agricultural security area is located on the eastern side of the property.

Gerald E. Seyfried Bear Swamp Park & Archery Complex is a 251-acre park and natural area of woodlands, wetlands and a tributary to and the main stem of East Fork Martin's Creek. This site lies within the Greater Minsi Lake Corridor Greenway, is adjacent to two sportsmen's associations and has a regional conceptual trail that crosses the park. Facilities include a one-half-mile long loop boardwalk through Bear Swamp; an interpretive pavilion used for environmental education; and archery facilities, which include a target range, the Hunt Course, with a loop trail and picnic table, and Olympic Field.

Minsi Lake Corridor Greenway is a 1,100 acre park, with hiking trails, picnic areas, woodlands, wetlands and a 117-acre lake for public fishing and boating. The Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission (PFBC) manages the lake and its dam, spillway and outlet structure. Northampton County Parks & Recreation manages the parkland around the lake. Facilities include two paved boat launches, two parking lots, two picnic areas and two trails. The Lake Trail runs about two miles through the woods around the north side of the lake, connecting the east and west shore parking lots. The Dam Trail is over one-half-mile long and runs from the west shore parking lot through the west shore picnic area and along the dam crest to the spillway at the east end of the dam. Portable toilets are typically available in spring and summer.

Monocacy Meadow is an 8-acre streamside park with a mowed meadow and mature woodlands. The park provides for easy fishing access to Monocacy Creek, where several fish habitat structures have been built into the streambank.

Mount Jack is mostly a wooded bluff and river banks along the Delaware comprised of four non-contiguous parcels. The easternmost parcel, which is woodlands and farmland, is landlocked by private property and is not accessible. The southernmost parcel includes river access but sustained major flood damage, which eliminated most parking areas. Parking for one or two cars is available along Riverton Road near the former River Access Drive.

Mud Run Conservation Area is 10 acres of woodlands along Mud Run, a Cold Water stream near the village of Sandt’s Eddy in Lower Mt. Bethel Township. The site is bisected by an underground utility line.
